David Silva has more than 15 years of health care compliance experience in both large and small entities. He is a key part of the leadership team and nurtures Collaborative Imaging’s existing compliance structure. He is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and the National Association of Healthcare Quality, and holds the HCCA's Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC). David earned his doctoral degrees from the University of California and his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
