Makenna Aldrich, MS-HRM

Makenna Aldrich is the Human Resources Manager at Collaborative Imaging, having joined in November of 2020. Makenna is responsible for the human resources functions at Ci, including the management of the full employee lifecycle such as recruiting, onboarding, total rewards, performance management, benefits administration, and employee learning and development.

Makenna has an MS in HR Management from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), and an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses on International Management, Business Administration, and Spanish from UTA.
